The meeting was called to order by Clerk Mr. Lewis Irby Jr. at 10:08 a.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

 

Supervisor Barb Henley-Excused, Treasurer Charles Stoll-Present, Clerk Lewis Irby Jr.-Present.     

 

Motion by Stoll, support by Irby, to accept the agenda as presented.

Old Business

 

1.)  Approval of the minutes from the Election Commission Meeting held on September 26, 2009.

 

Motion by Stoll, support by Irby, move to approve the September 26, 2009 Election Commission Meeting Minutes as written.

New Business

 

1.) Appoint election workers for the School Election on May 4th, 2010

 

Clerk Irby read the list of approved election inspectors; Barbara Cunningham, Shirley Hnidy, Rosemary McMrea, Ruth Russell, Donna Straub, Emma Matias, Joanne Darling, Twana Lee, and Theodore O’Dell.

 

Motion by Stoll, support by Irby, move to approve the election workers as stated; Barbara Cunningham, Shirley Hnidy, Rosemary McMrea, Ruth Russell, Donna Straub, Emma Matias, Joanne Darling, Twana Lee, and Theodore O’Dell to work the May 4th, 2010 School Election.

2.) Discuss Election Workers Schedule for May 4, 2010

Barbara Cunningham, Rosemary McMrea, Ruth Russell, Emma Matias, Joanne Darling, Twana Lee, and Theodore O’Dell will work all day; Donna Straub will be scheduled to leave at 6:30 p.m., Shirley Hnidy will be scheduled to work half of the day with Mrs. Rosemary McCrea and Mrs. Ruth Russell as Co-Chairs.

   

Clerk Irby stated for the record that the Public Accuracy Test would be conducted on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Irby informed those in attendance that a motion had previously been made approving the scheduled date of April 27, 2010 for the Public Accuracy Test during a London Township Board Meeting that was held on Monday, April 12, 2010.  The date was approved prior to the Election Commission Meeting to ensure proper notice and publication.        

 

Citizen’s Time: Opened at 10:13 a.m. Closed at 10:14 a.m.  With no comments received.
